Wise Chat Pro update
Update of Wise Chat Pro plugin is very easy and does not require any special knowledge. All you need is the write access to /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation. Then go through the following steps. This guide assumes that you have properly installed Wise Chat Pro plugin before and now you would like to install a new version.
- Download ZIP file containing the new version of Wise Chat Pro.
- Go to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory and delete wise-chat-pro folder. - Extract ZIP file (see first step) and upload the entire wise-chat-pro folder to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Go to the “Plugins” page using menu in WordPress.
- Find Wise Chat Pro plugin and click “Deactivate” link. Then immediately click “Activate” link.
- Confirm that Wise Chat Pro is working on a page it is installed.
