There is no need to create channels explicitly. All you have to do is the use the name of the channel directly in the shortcode:
[wise-chat channel="My new chat room" window_title="My title"]The “My new chat room” channel will be created automatically during the first visit. Then you may access channel’s additional settings in Channels section of Wise Chat Pro configuration page. In order to create multiple channels in a single chat window please use this example:
[wise-chat channel="{Room A, Room B, Room C, Room D}" window_title="My title"]All 4 channels will be created automatically during the first visit.
If there is only one channel specified it is not listed in the browser under “Users and Channels” header. The chat auto-opens it on start and users may start posting messages. When more than one channel is configured then all channels are listed in the browser and chat participants may enter them.
